Every Harvest we deliver saves at least 10 pounds of food from going to waste, helps close food access gaps, and works to reduce our overall environmental impact. To help us further the Hungry Harvest mission, we’re looking for a strategic Growth Marketing leader who will own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy as well as the execution across media channels to acquire new customers and to directly impact the trajectory of our growth business.
This role reports to the VP, Marketing and will be based in the Baltimore/DC metro region. Remote candidates (preferably in one of our operating states: MD, PA, DC, VA, MI, NC, FL) with strong backgrounds will be considered.
Salary: Position is budgeted at $90,000.
Lead the strategy and execution for growth marketing initiatives, including paid customer acquisition channels
Deliver on customer growth targets by constructing and optimizing a robust marketing mix
Optimize and scale marketing portfolio, focusing on acquiring new customers while achieving efficiency (LTV/ CAC) goals
Play a key role in evolving our paid media KPIs, analytical systems, and business processes as we continue to scale
Lead strategic testing into new growth channels to deliver efficiency and scale of acquisition program
Collaborate with Events and Partnerships teams to find new ways to drive direct and indirect conversions
Own and manage external agency relationships to execute growth marketing plan
Uncover new opportunities in tech and other areas, to acquire customers efficiently at scale
4-5 years hands-on experience and demonstrated success managing paid acquisition campaigns, internal teams and external agencies
Excellent analytical skills including expert knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and web analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to focus on performance and drive results
Good communication skills and experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
