Hopkinsville, Kentucky, The primary purpose of the full time Marketing Manager is to strategically manage the development, coordination and execution of marketing, recruitment, and public relations campaign and materials to promote and support the college. Develop and/or assist in coordinating and executing the college or system targeted marketing strategies, communication campaigns, and/or public relations activities. Assist with development of external communication efforts including brand awareness enhancement, enrollment efforts, media coverage, media messaging, speeches, crisis communications and various other external communiques, including presidential communication dissemination. Advise on design, production, and effective use of marketing/promotional materials including but not limited to catalogues, posters, business cards and reports, by working with a combination of various internal and external contacts and advertising agencies on creative production issues. Oversee production of these materials from concept to finished product. Design and implement marketing and communication plans in tandem with KCTCS (events, forums, seminars, conferences) programs. Serve as the primary brand ambassador overseeing brand guidelines and policies. Coordinate changes to the college website, in collaboration with the marketing and communication director. Provide photography and video recording and editing for the department/college. Assist with college-wide event planning, organization, and marketing of events. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Bachelor’s degree (marketing, graphic design, desktop publishing or related field) and three years related work experience, or equivalent. Possess a thorough working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and proficient with Microsoft office programs. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to design marketing campaigns and adhere to existing brand. Strong interpersonal communicator, flexible, and deadline-oriented.
