Reporting to senior leadership and directly supporting the Head of Sales, the Sales Operations Administrator must be highly organized and incredibly detail-driven. You will support the end-to-end process of client onboarding and tracking the ongoing associated sales and support.
Collaboration in this role is key as you work with other departments to understand our sales teams’ initiatives and the marketing strategies that drive new leads to our Sales department. This role is integral in helping our business, and that of our association clients, grow year after year.

Core Affinity Sales Operations Administrator Mission
Support senior leadership and sales management to ensure that Core Affinity and its subsidiaries have the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization in order to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The Sales Operations Administrator will represent Core Affinity in a way that is fundamentally aligned with the company’s core values and that promotes a team culture of transparency and accountability.
Ensuring member leads are recorded in Salesforce and transmitted to vendors
All aspects of the member experience (including Perks Marketplace, Pardot retargeting emails, vendor follow-ups, etc.)
Receiving vendor monthly/quarterly/annual reports and importing into Salesforce
Continually seeking opportunities to create and implement operational efficiencies throughout the organizations that accelerate sales operations.
Perks Marketplace implementations and ongoing client support for members/admins
Drafting and sending software/service contracts for electronic signature
Coordinating distribution of sales materials to all active association clients and ensure priority clients have regularly scheduled campaigns to promote priority programs
Calculating and reporting on key sales metrics to company leadership and clients
Day to Day: Work to support quarterly initiatives, monitor and maintain company systems and processes, implement client updates to Perks Marketplace, monitor and respond to client/member support inquiries, coordinate distribution of sales materials, support member account setups.
Expected Outcomes / Scorecard KPIs
Automation – 95%+ of sales opportunities in Salesforce without manual entry or loading
Data Loading – Templates created and organized for all data imports. Time to import
Lead Time – All member leads requests are processed within 24 hours or less
Lead Volume – Increase monthly lead volume by 75%+
