The executive team will be responsible for creating high level objectives and systems for the organization. AI Mexico employs Teal and Minimalist Management concepts . This means that we have very few managers and that the managers are primarily responsible for steering the organization by setting goals and creating high-level systems. However, our executive team may also contribute as team members to accomplish the organization’s goal. Members of the executive team must meet the highest standards for knowledge, leadership ability and commitment to the organization and its goals.

Candidates are expected to serve as ambassadors of the company, perform diverse administrative/executive tasks, and become knowledgeable in topics such as AI policy and ethics, human resources and sales.
