Computer Vision Engineer – 360 Reality Imagery Developer
Job description
We are seeking a talented Computer Vision Expert to join our team and take the lead in developing functionalities to create 360 reality imagery using static images. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and image stitching techniques.
Responsabilities
- Develop advanced algorithms and methodologies to generate 360 reality imagery from static images using OpenCV, deep learning, and image stitching techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision functionalities into existing software platforms or develop standalone applications.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision and related fields to continuously improve our products and services.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the overall innovation and technical excellence of the company through proactive ideation and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in computer vision, with a focus on image processing, deep learning, and image stitching.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and/or MATLAB.
- Solid understanding of OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant libraries/frameworks.
- Experience with developing and deploying computer vision solutions in real-world applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for pushing the boundaries of technology and creating immersive experiences.
Prefered requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and distributed computing.
- Knowledge of 360-degree imaging technologies and virtual reality (VR) concepts.
- Previous experience in the development of image-based rendering or panoramic imaging systems.
